Job summary

HelloConnect is seeking a customer-focused professional to serve as the first point of contact for customers in our Bridgetowne and BGC locations. You will provide product knowledge, assist with subscriptions, and ensure a smooth customer journey across channels.

The role emphasizes investigation of feedback, brand representation, and achieving personal KPIs while working within a dynamic, global BPO environment. On-site positions in Metro Manila are available.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Customer Service experience in a BPO setup.
• At least High School Graduate.
• Willing to work at Inoza Tower, BGC, Taguig City and Exxa, Bridgetowne.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers and deliver exceptional service across channels.
• Educate customers on products, features, and subscription services to maximize value.
• Investigate customer feedback and complaints across the full journey to provide solutions.
• Maintain brand professionalism and represent HelloConnect in all interactions.
• Aim to meet and exceed individual KPIs and guidance from management.
• Monitor communication channels (Gmail, Slack, etc.) daily to stay informed.
• Record issues with high accuracy and report to the responsible teams to improve service.
• Suggest improvements to internal processes and procedures.
• Take initiative on internal projects and stay updated on company policies.
