Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting service customers warmly and professionally.
• Manage service communications by assisting with calls and updating vehicle status.
• Create and process repair orders accurately; route to technicians and review docs before invoicing.
• Consult with customers on repairs and obtain ESP approvals when needed.
• Handle service payments and cash management with accuracy.
• Balance multiple priorities and resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Follow EH&S requirements and maintain a clean, orderly work area.
