Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service greeting service customers.
• Assist with incoming calls and provide updates on vehicle status.
• Create and process repair orders, route to technicians, finalize documentation before invoicing.
• Consult with customers on repairs and ESP claim approvals.
• Handle service payments and cash management with integrity.
• Balance multiple priorities in a high-energy environment and resolve concerns promptly.
• Follow EH&S requirements and maintain a clean work area.
