The Customer Experience Advisor will play a key role in enhancing the customer experience while driving sales performance. Responsibilities include engaging with customers, addressing their needs, educating them about our services, and ensuring positive interactions. The goal is to promote customer satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business, while maximizing conversions of retail customers into El Car Wash members.

1. Greet customers warmly and assist during their purchase decisions and store experience.
2. Address inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly.
3. Provide detailed information on car wash services, memberships, and promotions.
4. Educate customers on service benefits and upsell appropriately.
5. Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue goals.
6. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
7. Assist with daily operations, including managing transactions and card payments.
8. Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment.
9. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and high service standards.
10. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
11. Collect and communicate customer feedback, log client issues in Micrologic, and follow up as needed.
12. Support colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
13. Full Service (if applicable): Manage cash transactions accurately, ensure compliance, and maintain a tidy cashier area. Ensure cleanliness of lobby and bathrooms.
