Customer Experience Specialist I - Locks

Position: Customer Experience Specialist I – Locks (Remote Colorado)

Note: Candidate must reside within 1 hour of Colorado Springs for monthly team and training engagements.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 am-4:00 pm MST

The Customer Experience Specialist enhances our affiliate experience by providing professional customer service support for business requests.

Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate basic product knowledge for assigned brand and internal processes.
  • Manage customer interactions via phone, email, and online portal with accurate resolutions.
  • Understand customer needs and follow SOPs for order status, modifications, returns, credit/debits, and inquiries.
  • Act as liaison with cross-functional teams to resolve requests.
  • Handle initial troubleshooting on returns and warranty claims, escalating as needed.
  • Use CRM and ERP systems to document and manage service requests.
  • Proactively follow up to ensure timely resolution and meet service SLAs.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on products and policies.
Qualifications:
  • 6+ months customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • HS Diploma or GED required.
  • Strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and web applications.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Compensation: $35,500 - $58,800 base salary, depending on experience.
