Job summary

The Gellert Global Group is seeking a Customer Excellence Specialist in Madison, NJ. The role focuses on managing customer contracts, supporting sales operations, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Senior level available for candidates with leadership capabilities. Reports to the Customer Excellence Lead, with relocation to the new Madison headquarters planned for Q4 2026. Salary range shown and bonus opportunity included.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Customer/Sales Support.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Experience in Infor M3 a plus.
• Experience in Salesforce a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain customer contracts.
• Serve as the primary contact for customer communication and documentation.
• Manage weekly position reports and provide updates to the Sales team.
• Compare forecasts to actual usage and support planning using monthly averages.
• Recommend purchases based on market conditions and customer requirements.
• Handle costing requests and distribute results to the appropriate teams.
• Maintain internal and external databases including customer portals.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain Team & Logistics to ensure on-time delivery.
• Address customer and Sales inquiries; support issue resolution across departments.
