Gellert Global Group in Elizabeth, NJ, is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Excellence Specialist to support sales operations, manage customer contracts, and ensure a superior customer experience. The role collaborates across departments and reports to the Customer Excellence Lead.

Key responsibilities include establishing contracts, serving as the primary contact for communications, managing weekly reports, and assisting planning with forecasts.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in customer or sales support.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Experience with Infor M3 or Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain customer contracts.
• Serve as the primary contact for customer communication and documentation.
• Manage weekly position reports and provide updates to the Sales team.
• Compare forecasts to actual usage and support planning using monthly averages.
• Recommend purchases based on market conditions and customer requirements.
• Handle costing requests and distribute results to the appropriate teams.
• Maintain internal and external databases including customer portals.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain Team & Logistics to ensure on-time delivery.
• Address customer and Sales inquiries; support issue resolution across departments.
