Description

The Customer Engagement Specialist will manage day-to-day customer needs and facilitate necessary support to ensure access to naloxone HCl nasal spray. The position will work across all functions of the organization, primarily interacting with the sales team to onboard new customers, assist with follow-ups, and manage existing accounts.

Job duties:
  1. Act as the primary point of contact for customers.
  2. Manage customer needs and requests for access to naloxone nasal spray and information.
  3. Support the sales team in onboarding new customers and engaging with prospective customers.
  4. Ensure timely delivery of requested products, services, and marketing materials.
  5. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with accounts.
  6. Monitor state and federal procurement bids, contracts, and RFPs.
  7. Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  8. Collaborate across various departments within the organization.
Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience interacting with external customers and vendors; experience in a pharmaceutical organization is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Passion and understanding to assist those suffering from substance abuse and related conditions.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and meet customer needs.
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong project management skills, including managing multiple priorities and driving projects to completion.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, specifically SAP.
