Manages sales support team which serves as an exclusive liaison for all sales personnel and their issues. Supports sales team by providing quantitative sales reporting and program tracking including updates/results of marketing promotions and bill backs. Reports provided as needed and on designated timelines. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and performs any duty assigned to best serve the company.

Required Education: High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience
Required Experience: 4 - 6 Years Customer service, sales support or related area. Team lead or supervisory experience.
Preferred Education: Bachelors; Business management, sales / marketing or related area
Preferred Experience: 6 - 10 Years Customer service / sales support within foodservice industry. Supervisory experience
