As a Customer Engagement Manager in the AI Solutions Group, you will be responsible for promoting and technically enabling HBM products with key customers. You will engage closely with customers to understand system requirements, development timelines, and their impact on Micron’s HBM product portfolio. Your role will involve ensuring seamless validation and qualification of Micron’s HBM products, becoming the key technical contact for customers, and guiding internal engineering teams to achieve successful high-volume production business wins.

Your work will be essential in steering the Product Management team to plan for a rapidly evolving and expanding industry, maintaining Micron's lead as an AI memory solutions provider. You will manage customer engagements with Micron’s HBM products from new product introduction (NPI) through to end of life (EOL).

Role and Responsibilities:

· Manage multiple customer accounts, hosting and leading regular meetings to align technical requirements.

· Represent the Micron HBM product management team in larger internal and external forums, delivering key engagement messaging to executives from both Micron and end customers.

· Work closely with internal teams, relaying customer requirements and ensuring execution towards successful high-volume production.

· Define a strategic roadmap to address the rapidly changing AI industry needs.

· Develop, consolidate, and maintain a systematic SOP on customer enablement, ensuring technical documentation and collaterals are well organized to maximize operating efficiency.

· Become the primary contact point for outbound technical communications, distilling key information to support product launch and competitive intelligence dashboard creation.

· Develop and continually optimize existing business cases involving HBM to maximize return on investments.

Desired Qualifications:

· Minimum 8 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing.

· Bachelor’s degree in engineering. Higher education desired

· At least 2 years of experience in product management and/or product planning.

· Experience in DRAM design engineering and/or advanced packaging preferred.

· Experienced in presenting and communicating technical material to customers.

· Experience in AI hardware systems and/or HBM product/business development.

· Extensive experience in close collaboration with cross-functional engineering teams spanning multiple disciplines in semiconductor manufacturing.

· Good, clear English communication skills.

· Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
