In this pivotal role, you’ll lead the deployment of Cisco Contact Center and software solutions across the U.S., acting as the main point of contact for partners and end customers. You’ll ensure seamless project execution, foster strong relationships, and help maintain the company’s reputation as a top-tier technology integrator in the Cisco ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage Webex Contact Center integration projects as part of the operations team.
  • Guide new Cisco Webex Contact Center customers through onboarding, implementation, and successful migration.
  • Collaborate with a skilled team of Business Consultants, Customer Success Specialists, and Customer Engagement Managers.
  • Coordinate efforts between Cisco, partners, clients, and internal teams to ensure a seamless migration journey.
  • Lead the onboarding and engagement phases, building strong customer relationships and ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to spec.
  • Use your contact center expertise to support, inspire, and influence customers, partners, and teammates.

Skills: & Requirements:

  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence others.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills are essential.
  • Empathy and a process-driven mindset to build trustful relationships with customers and represent Bucher + Suter as a high-quality provider of Cisco Contact Center solutions.

  • Self-motivation to stay updated on all current features and capabilities of the Webex portfolio.
