A leading company in the construction materials industry is seeking a Salesforce Enablement Specialist to drive platform adoption across the sales organization. This role combines strategic training and innovative engagement strategies to empower associates, ensuring effective use of internal tools for success. Job Summary
Responsible for championing the success, adoption, and engagement of White Cap’s internal Salesforce-powered platform across a nationwide sales organization. Drives innovation, fosters collaboration, and empowers associates through creative enablement strategies aligned with White Cap’s TRUSTED values.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities
• Promotes platform adoption through engaging campaigns, success stories, and creative communications that inspire ascot enthusiasm. Develops user-friendly enablement content such as newsletters, tip sheets, videos, and gamified challenges to drive engagement.
• Delivers impactful training sessions, workshops, and webinars tailored to real-world sales scenarios.
• Builds strong cross-functional relationships to serve as the go-to resource for platform success and associate support. Partners with sales leadership to identify adoption barriers and implement effective, lasting solutions.
• Collects and shares user feedback with development teams to continuously enhance the platform experience.
• Identifies and cultivates internal champions and power users to extend platform advocacy across the organization.
• Tracks key performance indicators and usage metrics to measure impact and inform strategic improvements.
• Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to align platform capabilities with business needs and goals.
• Explores industry trends and emerging technologies to introduce innovative ideas and elevate platform strategy.
Nature and Scope
Consults with senior management on solution development for complex strategic and technical business issues. Independently solves unique and complex problems that have a broad impact on the business. Assignments are large scope, high impact, high cost, and high importance.
Establishes operational plans for assigned area. Acts as a strategic advisor and uses expert skills to contribute to the development of strategic company objectives. Receives general administrative and business direction as needed. Typically operates with broad latitude in a complex environment.
Guides and mentors staff at all levels, provides advice to senior management on complex and strategic issues, and may lead or manage complex projects with dotted line responsibility.
Work Environment
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Most of the time is spent sitting or standing in the same location and/or there may be a need to stoop regularly or move/lift light material or equipment (typically less than 8 pounds).
Typically requires overnight travel more than 50% of the time.
Education and Experience
Preferred Qualifications
3-5 years in Sales Enablement, CRM User Adoption, Customer Success, or similar role.
Salesforce experience (end-user, admin, or success management).
Experience in large, distributed sales organizations (construction materials, industrial sales, or similar industries is a plus.
Proficient in using tools like Salesforce, Microsoft Suite, and basic video editing/graphic design software.
Need a creative high-energy individual.
This position may be remote, or hybrid based on location. Eligible candidates residing in the greater Atlanta area will be asked to work two days a week in our Doraville, GA Field Support Center.
