Job summary

myKaarma, headquartered in Long Beach, CA, seeks a Customer Engagement Manager to partner with dealership clients. You’ll combine automotive fixed-ops knowledge, tech fluency, and a consultative mindset to identify gaps, recommend improvements, and boost adoption across our platform.

This high-ownership, client-facing role requires strong relationships with dealer leaders, analytical problem-solving, and the ability to drive execution from analysis to action.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years in automotive industry or consulting
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Strong knowledge of dealership fixed operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent relationship management and communication
• Autonomous, strategic prioritization, and reliable delivery
• Nice to have: fixed-ops or customer-success consulting experience
• Nice to have: growth-stage/startup experience

Responsibilities

• Own a book of business and manage client engagement cadence
• Conduct remote consultative engagements to improve dealer operations
• Track KPIs and identify gaps and opportunities
• Identify at-risk accounts and implement corrective strategies
• Maintain accountability for timely delivery and customer satisfaction
• Navigate discussions with dealership leaders at multiple levels
• Manage relationships across dealer groups and OEM partners
• Identify expansion opportunities to grow MRR and ACV
• Partner with leadership to analyze, improve, and scale processes
• Apply genchi genbutsu to understand client operations and drive performance
• Protect recurring revenue and minimize churn
