Job summary

myKaarma is hiring an Associate Product Manager to own a defined product area within our payments platform. You will partner withEngineering, Design, Data, Customer Success, Sales, and Support to translate customer needs into prioritized initiatives and measurable outcomes.

You will lead product discovery, prioritization, execution, and continuous improvement, while learning a complex payments domain fast and delivering value for dealerships and vehicle owners.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of Product Management or related SaaS experience.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver customer and business outcomes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for data-driven decisions.
• Experience defining requirements, prioritizing work, and measuring success.
• Experience conducting customer interviews or usability testing.
• Proficiency with modern product, design, and AI-assisted tools.

Responsibilities

• Own initiatives from discovery through launch and measure outcomes.
• Partner with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality software.
• Build cross-functional partnerships across teams and functions.
• Communicate priorities, decisions, risks, and progress clearly to stakeholders.
• Identify dependencies, manage tradeoffs, and keep teams aligned.
• Independently own a defined product area with growing autonomy.
