- 5+ years of management experience with a team of 5+ engineers.
- Flexibility to work across time zones.

- Manage customer enablement engineers and drive successful Data Center networking solutions.
- Develop understanding of customer’s solutions and identify value.
- Ensure timely resolution of complex support cases.
