Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation's Cumulus Engineering Team seeks a Customer Enablement Engineering Manager to lead a group of enablement engineers responsible for NVIDIA-Cumulus Linux, driving hands-on engagements with customers and partners to ensure successful deployments.

You will collaborate with product, PM, engineering, and HR, own customer solutions, guide career development, resolve complex issues, and help shape roadmaps for data center networking solutions.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Engineering/Computer Science or related field.
• 10+ years in Software Quality Engineering and customer engagements.
• 5+ years of management experience with a team of 5+ engineers.
• Strong knowledge of Layer2/Layer3 protocols (MLAG, VLAN, STP, OSPF, BGP, EVPN) and DC tech.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor customer enablement engineers for NVIDIA-Cumulus Linux.
• Own and drive hands-on engagement with customers and partners.
• Collaborate with Product, PM, Engineering, Production, and HR to hit objectives.
• Analyze defects, identify test gaps, and ensure regression coverage.
• Guide career development and set achievable goals for team members.
