Job summary

Wood Mackenzie in the United States (Texas) seeks a Senior Customer Education Specialist to support retention by understanding clients’ workflows and delivering bespoke training across Wood Mackenzie Supply Chain services. You’ll tailor content to varied audiences and drive value for customers.

Travel within the region is required. You’ll work with Product, Customer Success, and Support to keep training materials current and to expand WoodMac Learn self-service courses for broader adoption.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities for diverse audiences.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to client needs.
• Customer-focused with proactive problem solving.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver live training sessions for new and existing customers, covering product functionality, workflows, and best practices.
• Facilitate Q&A sessions during and after training, providing clear and accurate guidance to users.
• Develop and maintain high-quality training materials including decks and product demos.
• Run and deliver Opportunity Assessments to showcase product value and define bespoke workflows.
• Design, build, and maintain self-service learning courses on WoodMac Learn.
• Serve as knowledgeable point of contact for product inquiries from users.
• Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Support to stay current on product developments.
