Wood Mackenzie is seeking a Senior Customer Education Specialist to support customer retention by delivering bespoke training and analysis across Wood Mackenzie Supply Chain services. You will work with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure a consistent client message and maximize product adoption.

Some regional travel is required. The role emphasizes live training delivery, material development, and collaboration across research, product, and consultancy to tailor client

Qualifikationen

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing needs.
• Customer-focused with proactive problem-solving approach.
• Experience using Microsoft applications; Excel and PowerPoint required.
• Familiarity with procurement, supply chain or energy concepts is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Plan and deliver live training sessions for new and existing customers covering product functionality and workflows.
• Tailor training content to different customer audiences and proficiency levels.
• Lead Q&A sessions during and after training with clear guidance.
• Develop and maintain training materials including decks and product demos.
• Run opportunities assessments to showcase value and define bespoke workflows.
• Design and maintain self-service courses on WoodMac Learn.
