Job summary

Security Bank of Kansas City is seeking a friendly Teller to deliver outstanding service at our banking center. You will handle in-person transactions, assist customers with deposits and withdrawals, and promote banking products to meet needs. You will engage with customers across the lobby and drive-thru, ensuring a positive experience while maintaining balance and compliance with bank policies.

Qualifications

• Deliver excellent customer service and build relationships with bank customers.
• Accurately process basic transactions and maintain cash drawer integrity.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members to ensure a positive banking experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person, at drive-thru, or over the phone with enthusiasm.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments and transfers accurately and securely.
• Balance cash drawers and safeguard against fraud while following policies.
• Promote bank products and services to meet customer needs and drive growth.
• Assist with training new employees and support ongoing staff development.
