Lead Bank in the Kansas City metro area is seeking a Teller to join our community bank team. You will greet clients, handle transactions, and deliver outstanding service with accuracy and discretion.

The role supports a non-traditional, client-centric atmosphere with cross-training across financial products and a strong emphasis on regulatory compliance and teamwork. Responsibilities

• Deliver superior financial services to consumer and business clients.
• Balance cash drawers, vaults, and ATMs; maintain accuracy.
• Process mail and client/partner communications efficiently.
• Assist in branch audits and compliance activities.
• Handle transactions including check cashing, withdrawals, deposits, and loan payments; maintain confidentiality.
• Report transaction data as required.
• Follow BSA/AML, CIP/KYC, CTR, SAR requirements; escalate suspicious activity.
• Learn Lead Bank product offerings and educate clients/new hires.
• Adhere to operational and compliance policies and procedures.
• Cross-train for Branch Banker role after Teller duties are mastered.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
