Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree may substitute for experience.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience (financial or retail preferred).
• Cash-handling skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to build rapport and respond thoughtfully to Member needs.
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
• Comfort with technology and willingness to learn new systems.
