Team Members handle cash, assist customers, stock products, keep the store tidy, and support car wash operations as needed. This role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and customer focus in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Flexible scheduling required for all shifts (first/second/third).
• Able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Capable of basic math for cash handling.
• Can lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders.
• Complies with tobacco/alcohol age verification where required.

Responsibilities

• Operate the cash register and balance the drawer.
• Stock shelves and maintain a clean, professional store appearance.
• Provide prompt, courteous customer service to customers and staff.
• Maintain a clean, customer-friendly environment in-store and around the property.
• Troubleshoot car wash issues as needed and assist customers.
• Prepare shift reports per company guidelines.
• Cross-sell and upsell products to increase store sales.
• Escalate high-priority issues to management.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
