Job summary

NEXT LEVEL STAFFING, LTD is seeking a 1st shift Traffic Clerk to support our shipping and receiving front office. You will assist delivery drivers with check-in, assign doors, and guide them through departure.

Coordination with warehouse and transportation ensures documents are accurate. You will verify data in the system, log cash received, answer calls, and enter data into the WMS scheduler. Strong attention to detail and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when completing documents.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with customers.
• Ability to stand for at least 5 hours per shift.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Punctual and able to work full scheduled shift.
• Team-oriented and able to collaborate with others.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for delivery drivers and visitors at facility.
• May receive, count and log cash received by carriers.
• Coordinate with warehouse and transportation to ensure shipping/receiving documents are completed accurately and timely.
• Verify and count products to confirm data accuracy in system.
• Notify carriers and team members of pending, no-shows and unscheduled arrivals.
• Engage with drivers and reschedule appointments if necessary.
• Answer phone calls and transfer to appropriate departments.
• Enter data into the WMS scheduler.
