Job summary

Spotless Brands LLC is seeking a Shift Leader for our Ultimate Shine Car Wash locations in Kingsport, TN. You will support site managers, supervise crew members, and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include explaining wash packages, promoting Loyalty programs, operating equipment safely, and ensuring a clean, well-maintained site while adhering to all company policies and safety rules.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Outdoor work in seasonal weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist Managers at car wash sites and supervise Crew Members.
• Greet customers with the highest level of customer service.
• Demonstrate knowledge of wash packages and promotions.
• Explain and promote Loyalty and Rewards memberships.
