Job summary

Ultimate Shine Car Wash is hiring a Shift Leader to support site managers and supervise crew members at our Morristown location. You will greet customers, explain wash packages, and promote loyalty programs while ensuring safe operation of equipment.

The role requires standing for long periods, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays in an outdoor environment. Starting pay is $14–$15 per hour with benefits for full-time staff.

Responsibilities

• Support Managers operating the car wash sites and supervise Crew Members.
• Greet and engage customers with high-level service.
• Know wash packages and promotions and explain them.
• Explain and promote Loyalty and Rewards memberships to customers.
• Safely use car wash equipment and chemicals.
• Guide customers entering/exiting the car wash tunnel safely.
• Perform cleaning tasks: remove garbage, sweep lots, maintain facilities.
• Follow all company rules, policies, and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Description

What you will do

• Support Managers operating the car wash sites and supervising tasks of Crew Members.
• Greet and engage customers by delivering the highest level of customer service.
• Demonstrate knowledge of each of the wash packages and promotions.
• Explain and recommend Loyalty and Rewards membership programs to retail customers.
• Safely utilize car wash equipment and chemical.
• Guide customers to safely enter or exit the car wash tunnel while operating equipment.
• Cleaning tasks such as taking out garbage, sweeping the lot, and general upkeep of the grounds, facilities, and equipment.
• Follow all company rules, policies, and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
