Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is hiring a Sales Associate/ Customer Service Team Leader to greet customers, provide fast service, and support store operations. You will handle transactions, assist with shifts, and ensure accuracy and security of cash handling.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication).
• Ability to lift 10 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly manner and provide fast, efficient service.
• Ring customer sales on the cash register and handle cash with correct change.
• Assist with shift changes by counting money in the cash drawer at start and end of shift.
• Process money orders, credit card purchases, checks and lottery transactions.
• Check identification for restricted sales.
• Stock shelves and rotate merchandise; price according to price book.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and service areas using proper procedures.
• Check in vendor deliveries and note discrepancies as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support store operations.
