Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking a friendly, experienced Sales Associate/Customer Service Team Leader to deliver 100% customer satisfaction in our Stevens Point store.

You will greet customers, process sales at the register, assist with stock, monitor cash, and support management with training and shift changes.

The role requires English literacy, basic math, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and being 18 or older; E-Verify participation is noted.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, division, multiplication).
• Ability to lift 10 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly manner as they enter the store.
• Rings customer sales using an electronic cash register; handles money and returns/exchanges.
• Assist with shift changes by counting money in cash drawer.
• Process money orders, credit card purchases, checks and lottery sales.
• Check identifications for restricted sales.
• Stock shelves and rotate merchandise; price according to price book.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and areas.
• Monitor cash levels and security procedures during shift.
