Blue Collar Services in Marmora, NJ is hiring a Sales & Installation Coordinator (Administrative) for a full-time, on-site role. You will bridge the Sales and Installation teams, ensuring a seamless transition from inquiry to installation readiness.

Responsibilities include sales support, project coordination, and customer communication. Requires 2–5 years in related fields, strong organization, and familiarity with ServiceTitan. Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–5 years in project management, customer service, call taking, or related field.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Answer and qualify incoming sales calls and inquiries.
• Open sold jobs and enter them into ServiceTitan; maintain job packets.
• Coordinate with Sales, Installation, and office for a smooth process.
• Support weekly sales and installation reporting and meetings.
