Job summary

Reid Stores LLC is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer experience while keeping a clean, safe store. You’ll support sales, promotions, and store operations; a $1.50 per hour shift differential applies for hours 11:00 PM–7:00 AM.

You’ll handle transactions, balance registers, assist with fresh-food preparation, and maintain merchandise presentation and store appearance. Strong teamwork and reliability are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Proficient in basic math to handle cash transactions and shift reports.
• Ability to operate lottery, point of sale systems and other equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly, and courteous service to every customer.
• Prepare fresh food and made-to-order items following company recipes and standards.
• Promote My Crosby’s Rewards and assist customers with enrollment and offers.
• Suggest additional items at checkout to enhance customer experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and food safety standards.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Accurately process transactions and refunds; balance and report register activity.
• Monitor inventory, protect company assets, and report maintenance issues promptly.
• Keep shelves and displays stocked; ensure items are properly priced.
