Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to clearly assess and validate customer identification.
• Proficient in basic math to handle cash transactions, shift reports and vendor check-ins.
• Experience with POS systems and retail operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly, and courteous service to every customer.
• Prepare fresh food and made-to-order items following company recipes and standards.
• Promote rewards and assist customers with enrollment and offers.
• Balance and report register activity at the end of each shift.
• Follow all store policies, procedures, and food safety standards.
• Keep shelves and displays stocked and properly priced.
• Maintain a clean and safe store environment throughout the shift.
