Job summary

Reid Group is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer experiences while keeping a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment. You will support sales, pricing, and store profitability during your shift.

You will be friendly, reliable, and committed to exceeding customer expectations every day. Overnight shifts offer a $1.50 differential from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM where applicable.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proficient in basic math to handle cash transactions, shift reports and vendor check-ins.
• Ability to clearly assess and validate customer identification.
• Ability to understand operating instructions for lottery, point of sale systems, and other equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly, and courteous service to every customer.
• Prepare fresh food and made-to-order items following company recipes and standards.
• Promote My Crosby’s Rewards and assist customers with enrollment and offers.
• Suggest additional items at checkout to enhance customer experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
