Big R Stores is seeking a Team Member to join our Ulysses, KS location. This role involves greeting customers, assisting with product inquiries, and supporting multiple departments to ensure a positive shopping experience.

The position offers a base hourly wage and opportunities to grow within a collaborative team. Responsibilities include stocking, organizing, and maintaining a clean sales floor, learning product availability, and processing transactions.

Formación

• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Able to work weekends and flexible shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers as they enter the store and assist throughout shopping experience.
• Listen to customers' needs and respond in a friendly, professional manner.
• Maintain shelves: replenish, label, rotate stock.
• Process transactions using computer systems and assist with product lookups.
• Perform general cleaning and store upkeep.
