Bath & Body Works is seeking a Supervisor to partner with the Store Manager in developing outstanding associates, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving growth across the brand.

The role requires leadership in daily operations, coaching, and maintaining store standards while upholding company values and safety policies. Candidates should be ready for varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, to support peak periods.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a retail setting.
• Thrives in a customer-first based retail environment.
• Ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.
• Effective communication skills, being open to feedback, and the ability to adapt quickly.
• Ability to provide in-the-moment coaching to associates.
• Ability to de-escalate store and customer situations effectively.
• Must be available to work peak days and times, including varied shifts of evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Act as Manager on Duty when scheduled to address customer experience, vendor relationship, or maintenance issues.
• Support action plans with Sales Leadership Team to improve results and ensure effective execution of operations.
• Perform opening and closing routines including bank deposits, shipment receipts, and interpretation of directives.
• Set the direction and goals for the day/shift when associates arrive.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback to managers.
• Lead in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and product knowledge.
• Create genuine connections with customers through uncovering needs and personalized recommendations.
• Train, coach, reward, and motivate associates to improve selling and customer experience.
• Reinforce selling expectations, performance, results, and accountability.
