Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a store associate to deliver exceptional customer service in our TJ Maxx store. You will engage with customers, process purchases and returns, and help maintain a clean, organized sales floor.

Ideal candidates will be able to work a flexible schedule, communicate effectively, and collaborate with teammates to promote credit and loyalty programs while supporting merchandising and loss prevention standards.

Responsibilities

• Participate in store recovery and safety practices; support labor policies and loss prevention goals.
• Other duties as assigned by store management.
