Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Retail Associate to join our client’s store in Missouri. You will deliver outstanding customer service, process sales orders, and assist customers with credit applications and financing when needed.

The role focuses on meeting sales goals, adhering to cash handling protocols, and supporting store opening/closing procedures. Prior experience in customer service is preferred, with a high school diploma encouraged.

Qualifications

1 year customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Ability to lift, push, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation.
Legally authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI's and performance standards.
Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
