Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a motivated associate to provide outstanding service to customers and guests in our retail environment in Missouri. The role involves processing sales orders, assisting with credit applications, and supporting cash handling procedures.

The ideal candidate will have 1 year of customer service or sales experience, be legally eligible to work in the US, and be able to lift up to 25 lbs with or without accommodation. A high school diploma is preferred.

Qualifications

• Legally allowed to work in the US.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, tug and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, aligned to KPI and performance standards.
• Assist in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
