Job summary

Macy's is hiring a Retail Selling Colleague to blend selling with genuine hospitality on the sales floor and in fitting rooms. You’ll understand customer needs, offer personalized recommendations, and connect them with the right products and services to create memorable experiences.

Full-time colleagues are scheduled 30+ hours per week with weekend shifts. You’ll help keep the shopping space inviting, participate in loyalty programs, and work as part of a team focused on achieving selling goals

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service orientation and ability to engage with customers.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors.
• Comfort with using handheld tech and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist on the sales floor and fitting rooms.
• Understand customer needs and recommend products and services.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting shopping space.
• Contribute to hitting daily sales goals and loyalty program promotions.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth store operations.
