Qualifications

• Must communicate effectively with customers, coworkers and supervisors.
• Read and understand employment policies and safety rules in English.
• Comfortable collaborating with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to meet daily sales goals and work toward targets.
• Enjoy meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information.
• Resourceful, adaptable to changing priorities and able to work independently or with a team.
• Proficient with electronic devices including cash registers.

Responsibilities

• On the floor, greet customers and engage with warm, personal conversations.
• Drive sales by offering personalized recommendations and product knowledge.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting selling space; recover floor and fitting rooms.
• Explain Loyalty program benefits and ensure customers have what they need.
• End interactions with a sincere thank you and address the customer by name.
