Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a customer-focused Store Associate in Owings Mills, MD. You will deliver a highly satisfying customer experience, engage with customers, and maintain a clean, organized store environment across TJ Maxx stores.

Cross-training across areas may occur to support business needs. You will model excellent service, promote credit/loyalty programs, and help uphold merchandise standards while assisting customers and peers in a fast-paced retail setting.
