Responsibilities

• Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• Cross-train to work in multiple store areas to support business needs.
• Model customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs and verify purchases and returns.
• Prepare merchandise for floor and follow merchandising standards.
• Support store recovery and maintain safety, cleanliness, and labor policy compliance.
• Assist in shrink reduction goals and participate in safety initiatives.
