You’ll engage customers from greeting to checkout, assist with fitting rooms and merchandising, and support transactional accuracy while upholding brand standards and policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail experience is welcome but not required.
• Customer-centric mindset with a focus on service.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Team collaboration and ownership of store duties.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop brand and product knowledge to provide solution-oriented, friendly service to customers.
• Layer personalized service into each interaction from greeting to fitting room to register.
• Communicate sales and promotions effectively.
• Capture emails as part of sales and service and execute to standard.
• Provide positive resolutions to customer concerns.
• Answer phones courteously and assist with orders and directions.
• Assist in receiving, processing and replenishing merchandise.
• Maintain merchandising and presentation standards; keep the sales floor customer-ready.
• Ensure cleanliness of sales floor, stockroom, restrooms, cash wrap and hospitality areas.
• Process register transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures and perform other duties as directed by management.
