Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold Class A CDL license and provide medical certificate.
• Ability to pass MVR screen and obtain required licensure.
• Must be 21 years of age and able to comply with DOT and CDL regulations.
• Ability to read, write and perform basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Provides SMART customer service through Lowe's customer service policies and programs.
• Seeks out customers to understand needs and assists in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise.
• Plans delivery activities, prints loading tickets, and delivers merchandise on schedule.
• Unloads, installs, and tests appliances upon delivery and ensures safety and compliance.
• Detects signs of shoplifting or security risks and communicates them to management.
