• Seeks out customers to understand needs and assists in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise
• Listens and responds to customer and employee questions by walking them through projects
• Delivers and unloads merchandise, ensures loads are safe and secure
• Coordinates with delivery and truck driver contact to call the customer
• Inspects products before loading and verifies items on invoice
