Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is hiring for a Delivery/Customer Service associate to support in-store and delivery operations. You will assist customers in locating and loading merchandise, coordinate with drivers, and ensure safe, on-time deliveries.

Responsibilities include providing proactive customer service, maintaining safety standards, and handling loads while complying with DOT regulations. CDL is required where applicable; prior forklift or loading experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• CDL license required where applicable and medical certificate available or obtainable.
• Ability to read, write and perform basic arithmetic; 21+ years old; meet DOT and CDL requirements.
• Must be able to pass MVR and obtain any required licensure or registration by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service and assist customers in locating and loading merchandise.
• Communicate information on stock, delivery, and warranty related Lowe’s programs to customers.
• Coordinate delivery with truck driver and ensure on-time delivery of orders.
• Inspect and load merchandise, verify quantities, and maintain safe, clean stores.
• Detect and report security risks and maintain compliance with safety regulations.
