Job summary

Qualifications

• CDL license valid for the appropriate vehicle category and endorsements.
• Valid medical certificate or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to pass MVR screen.
• Ability to obtain sales-related licensure if required by law.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Ability to read, write and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to comply with DOT and CDL regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service according to Lowe’s policies.
• Assist customers in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise.
• Explain stock, special orders, warranty information to customers.
• Coordinate with truck driver for deliveries.
• Plan delivery activities and load trucks for on-time delivery.
• Inspect products before loading and during delivery.
