Qualifikationen

• Perform basic math including change calculations.
• Validate ID prior to selling tobacco/alcohol (as required).
• Lift up to 50 pounds; climb ladders.
• Stay calm and follow policies in emergencies.
• Work in varying temperatures and exposure to fumes.

Aufgaben

• Manage the cash register during the shift.
• Stock shelves and maintain a clean, professional store appearance.
• Provide prompt, courteous customer service to customers, vendors, staff.
• Maintain a clean, customer-friendly environment in-store and on-site.
• Troubleshoot and resolve car wash issues as needed.
• Prepare shift reports per company guidelines.
• Cross-sell and upsell products to raise store sales.
• Escalate high-priority issues to the manager.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
