Job summary

West Coast Convenience is seeking energetic, customer-focused Team Members for Loop Neighborhood Market and related brands. Positions offer full-time or part-time shifts across all three daily blocks, with growth opportunities and a focus on service excellence.

Team Members handle cash, stock shelves, ensure a clean store, and assist customers while following safety and compliance guidelines. The role supports increased store profitability and a positive, fast-paced work environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule as needed.
• Communicate verbally and in writing with management on store operations in a timely manner.
• Read, understand, and write in English.
• Perform basic math including change calculations.
• Validate identification prior to selling tobacco and/or alcohol where required.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Climb ladders as needed.
• Stay calm and respond to emergencies per policies.
• Tolerance for gasoline fumes and cleaning products.
• Work in varying temperature environments.

Responsibilities

• Managing the cash register during shifts with accurate balance.
• Stocking shelves and maintaining a clean, professional store appearance.
• Provide prompt, courteous customer service to customers, vendors, and staff.
• Maintain a clean, customer-friendly environment inside the store and surrounding property.
• Troubleshoot and resolve car wash issues as needed.
• Prepare shift reports per guidelines.
• Cross-sell and upsell store products to increase sales.
• Escalate high-priority issues to the manager.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
