Job summary

West Coast Convenience’s Loop Neighborhood Market is seeking energetic team members to provide friendly, service-oriented support in a fast-paced store environment. Positions available for all shifts (full-time and part-time) with opportunities to grow within the organization.

Team Members ensure smooth station operation, assist customers, and help maintain store cleanliness and safety while embodying our core values: People, Teamwork, Communication, and Results Matter.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
• Ability to read, understand, and write in English.
• Perform basic math including making change.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Stand for extended periods and work in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Manage the cash register throughout the shift and balance cash.
• Stock shelves and keep the store clean and organized.
• Provide prompt, courteous customer service to customers, vendors and staff.
• Maintain a clean, customer-friendly store environment.
• Troubleshoot car wash issues as needed and assist customers.
• Prepare shift reports per company guidelines.
• Cross-sell and upsell products to increase store sales.
• Escalate high-priority issues to the manager.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
