Job summary

West Coast Convenience is expanding its Loop Neighborhood Market team across California. We hire all levels, including entry level, for full-time and part-time shifts (first, second, or third). Team Members help run the store, serve customers, stock shelves, and maintain a clean, safe environment.

You will handle cash, assist customers, support car wash operations, and escalate issues to the manager. We value reliability, teamwork, and a customer-centered approach, with opportunities to grow

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule and ability to work first/second/third shifts.
• Clear verbal and written communication with store management and staff.
• Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
• Ability to validate age for tobacco/alcohol sales in compliance with laws.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varied temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Manage the cash register during the shift and balance cash.
• Stock shelves and keep the store clean and professional at all times.
• Provide prompt, courteous customer service to customers, vendors, and staff.
• Maintain a clean, customer-friendly store environment and surrounding property.
• Troubleshoot and resolve car wash related issues as needed.
• Prepare shift reports per company guidelines.
• Cross-sell and upsell store products to increase sales.
• Escalate high-priority issues to the manager.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
