Loop Neighborhood Market, part of West Coast Convenience, is hiring for team members to join our growing California locations. You will interact with customers, handle transactions, stock shelves, and help maintain a clean, safe store environment across all shifts (first, second, or third).

This role supports store growth and requires strong service orientation. We offer full-time and part-time opportunities with a focus on teamwork, reliability, and customer-centric service.

Qualifications

• Able to work flexible schedule across multiple shifts.
• Read, understand and write in English.
• Perform basic math including making change.
• Pass age verification for tobacco/alcohol where required.

Responsibilities

• Manage cash register and balance money during shift.
• Stock shelves and keep store clean and organized.
• Provide prompt, courteous customer service to shoppers.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming store environment.
• Assist with car wash related tasks as needed.
• Prepare shift reports per guidelines.
• Upsell products to increase store sales.
• Escalate high-priority issues to management.
